Transition
We acknowledge the formative, early years of a child’s life as crucial to their future learning, development and life chances. Our staff team is dedicated to supporting high achievement through quality teaching and inspiring learning opportunities and experiences.
We believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life, helping them to develop into happy, confident, sociable and independent young people which is outlined by our 9 Habits. We work closely with parents and families to ensure tailored care and education for each child, guided by their own unique set of experiences, interests and needs. We embrace individuality, equality and diversity; we value every child and their family, thus promoting a culture of respect, confidence and a positive self-esteem.
Our induction process allows time for parents to meet teachers individually to discuss their child’s needs and a tailored settling in period is in place to ease the transition process. Once your child starts Nursery a Key Worker will be allocated to ensure your child is further supported to settle and access the learning opportunities.
