A message from our Council Chair
As Hub Council Chair I am extremely proud to support the Academy in this capacity alongside the rest of the council. Having supported Foundry since it became an Oasis Academy in January 2014, I became chair of the council in September 2014. As a team we work closely with the Principal to review the progress of the Academy, and hold her to account for the decisions that are being made in the Academy. I work as the Regional Director for Oasis Community Partnerships, which work alongside the Academy to provide joined up services to the local community, and I really enjoy my regular visits to the Academy. Our students are fantastic, and it provides me with a great opportunity to see the items we discuss in our council meetings 'in action'.
